Giza, Egypt

The three Great Pyramids of Giza—Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure—were built over 4,000 years ago as royal tombs.
They are located on the Giza Plateau near Cairo, Egypt.
Each was a grand tomb for a pharaoh, perfectly aligned with the stars and built with millions of massive stones.
The largest, the Great Pyramid of Khufu, was once one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
These pyramids remain symbols of Egypt’s ancient engineering and civilization.
